Terms of Service

Effective date: 2 July 2026.

These Terms govern the Climatenders subscription service operated by EcoAiTech LTD. Climatenders is intended primarily for business customers and professional users.

Service

Climatenders monitors public climate funding, grant, tender, R&D and market-signal sources and delivers prioritised email briefings, deadline alerts and recipient-licensed Daily Action Sheets. The service is information only and is not legal, financial, procurement or professional advice.

Trial, price and renewal

• The Starter launch offer includes an introductory 14-day trial with a card required at signup. Returning subscribers or repeat trial attempts may be taken straight to paid checkout.
• No charge is taken during the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription renews monthly at the live price shown at checkout. Future price changes, if any, apply prospectively and should be communicated with notice where required.
• Any taxes, VAT or equivalent charges that apply should be shown by Stripe before payment is confirmed.
• Stripe handles card payment details. Climatenders does not store full card numbers.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel before the end of the 14-day trial to avoid any charge. After conversion, you can cancel future renewals through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a period already started unless required by law or agreed by us in writing.

If mandatory consumer cancellation rights apply to you, those rights are not limited by these Terms. Because the product is a digital information service delivered during the trial/subscription period, please contact us immediately if you believe a statutory cooling-off right applies.

Accuracy and customer responsibility

Opportunity data is sourced from public portals and may change without notice. You are responsible for checking the official source, eligibility, deadline, budget, consortium rules and application documents before making any bid or funding decision.

Acceptable use

You may use Climatenders internally for your organisation. You must not resell, scrape, mass-forward, publish gated briefings, remove notices, or use the service to mislead applicants, funders or contracting authorities.

Intellectual property

Climatenders content, structure, scoring and analysis belong to EcoAiTech LTD or its licensors. Public-source facts remain owned by their respective sources.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Climatenders is provided without warranties as to completeness, suitability or uninterrupted availability. EcoAiTech LTD is not liable for missed deadlines, failed applications, lost profits or decisions made using the briefing without independent verification.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the product matures, including source coverage, pricing, delivery format and available tiers. Material changes will be communicated where required.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory law gives you other rights.
