Manage billing / cancel subscription

Enter the email address used for Climatenders. If a subscription exists, we will email a secure Stripe Billing Portal link to that address.

• Trial: cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first charge.
• Monthly subscription: cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the paid period ends.
• Custom arrangements: if you are on a bespoke annual or enterprise plan, contact support for the agreed billing and cancellation terms.
